Shove is an iPhone game of skill - based on the old traditional english game of shove hapenny.
You shove coins by swiping your finger across the screen.
Shove uses an advanced physics engine, coins spin and collide realistically around the table for an skilled game. The more you play, the better you get.
Each player shoves 5 coins up the board one at a time. If a coin does not touch or pass the first line on the table it is replayed.
At the end of the turn (after all five coins have been played), each coin that is in a ‘bed’ (between two horizontal lines, without touching the lines) scores a point.
The aim is to get 1, 2 or 3 coins in each bed (this can be set in options - 1 or 2 coins in a bed makes a faster game).
If you score where you already have the maximum score for that bed - a point for that bed is passed onto your opponent. There is an exception to this rule in that the winning point cannot be passed over.
